When you give it to us DIRECTLY – You may give us your information in order to sign up for one of our events or when you communicate with us.

 – This may include information found in places such as Companies House and information that has been published in articles/newspapers.

    • Ensure we know how you prefer to be contacted.
    • Provide you with the services or information you have requested.
    • With your consent we will send you occasional information on the work of the Club or send information about events.

Our communications include information about our latest developments and events that may be of interest. If you would like to receive such communications but have not opted in please contact us on info@wringtondrama.club. If you no longer wish to hear from us then please just let us know, all of our communications will contain an easy way to change your preferences.

How we keep your data safe and who has access

We ensure that there are appropriate controls in place to protect your personal details. Your information is only accessible to appropriate committee members for the club.

We will never sell or swap your personal details with other organisations for their marketing purposes. We may be required to disclose personal information if required to do so by law, for example for fraud prevention.

If we are using an external organisation to run an event on our behalf we would only pass on your contact details with your explicit consent and for that organisation to send you information relating to that event only. We will only ever share your data in other circumstances if we have your explicit and informed consent.
